Rates and Payments
All bookings are done directly with us. Please feel free to email as any queries you might have.
Our rates vary based on the length of time the ensemble is required to play and will be quoted on.
Full payment is due on or before arrival and play will not start unless settled in full. Please note the following:
- Arrival time: 30 minutes prior to commencement of play
- Duration of stay: as agreed upon prior to arrival
- Travel costs: the travel costs for a single vehicle to and from the venue will be added to the fees. We are based in the Somerset West region.
- Annual increases: these are determined during the month of June.
